Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Outside UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. No charge will be made to your debit or credit card until any such changes have been agreed and goods have been dispatched.

Consult your vehicle manufacturers guidelines regarding roof loading and/or towing before ordering roof racks or trailers.
Shipping And Handling Due to the wide variety of weights and sizes of products, shipping costs might vary from those shown on your order. If there is any difference we will contact you on receipt of your order to confirm any changes.

For UK Mainland orders totalling more than 20kg please contact us for an accurate delivery charge as those shown on the website are for guidance only. We will endeavour to find the most cost effective means of delivering your order to you.

As Skye is connected to the mainland by the Skye bridge, the delivery costs to Skye are now classed as UK Mainland. Please select UK Mainland as your shipping destination (as opposed to Scottish Isles).

For larger items (over 7kg) to the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and all other overseas deliveries, please contact us for an accurate delivery charge as those shown on the website are for guidance only. We will endeavour to find the most cost effective means of delivering your order to you.

No charges will be made to your debit or credit card until you have agreed any changes to delivery costs and your goods are ready for dispatch. Kayaks and trailers cannot be delivered by carrier so delivery will be by arrangement and costed separately.
Delivery Schedule Your goods should be delivered within 10 working days from date of order (UK). We will advise you if there is likely to be a delay. International orders are generally delivered within 28 days. Exceptions to this are kayaks, trailers and racking systems that are made to your own requirements. We will advise delivery time of these when your order is placed.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

All sensitive information gathered via our website is encrypted and transmitted securely using an SSL encryption system. All pages of our checkout system uses this SSL encryption, this can be confirmed by a yellow padlock icon in the bottom right of your browser.
Guarantee We hope you will be entirely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, all goods can be returned for a full refund (not including postage) providing they have not been used. It is your responsibility to return good to us, we do not collect. Ensure you obtain proof of posting.
